App for managing residents' associations

Challenge

Two entrepreneurs with a growing property management firm faced the need to digitalise their operations to handle the high volume of inquiries, procedures, and mediations. They sought a solution that integrated specific functionalities for community management, such as a document vault, neighbour forum, incident reporting, and a communication system with providers, all with restricted access to authorised community members.

Implementation

We took charge of the project in its entirety, from UI/UX design to front and back-end development, server management, and app store launches. We created an intuitive and comprehensive mobile platform, facilitating interaction between administrators, community presidents, neighbours, and providers, significantly improving efficiency and transparency in property management.
